Advice for the Bride
Dear bride, I see you. You are stressed for sure and I can feel it! The stress is so intense you can cut the tention with a knife. I cannot take away your worries as much as i’d like to do so. I can, however, give you a few pieces of advice to make to give you some direction in these trying times. It is my hope that this Advice for the Bride during the coronavirus outbreak blog will prove helpful to you or a bride you know and love.

Re-schedule
Obviously you don’t want to cancel your event. You’ve put so many months of work and love into planning your big day. The best thing to do is to re-schedule your event. First, hire a planner if you dont’ have one already. Contact your vendors and start with your venue. Ask them to give you a few dates and share those dates with your vendors. Your vendors want to be there and celebrate with you. They want to bring your vision into reality. Give them a chance to do so on a different date. Given the special circumstances, your vendors will change the date and they will be grateful to you for it.

Ask for help!
Don’t do it on your own. Include your planner (get a planner if you don’t have one). Ask your fiance to help you through this. Ask your bridesmaids to chip in and help you in the rescheduling process. Your families are there to lend you a helping hand. Anything you can do to get more people on board, do it to get you through this season of life.

Reduce the number of guest
It may be possible for you to have your ceremony with a reduced number guests. This means your guest count would need to be 10 people or less. Perhaps you want your parents/closest family members. This leads me to my next point:

This might be a hard decision, but you may want to elope right now and have a big party later for your loved ones once things have returned to normal. You want to reschedule your date and have a small ceremony now. You can still plan your reception and have an opportunity to celebrate with your family and friends at a later date. Consider Cloud Studio & Events for the PERFECT elopement location in the heart of Downtown Fredericksburg, Virginia!

Get active and eat well!
Okay! Maybe this should be first on the list. I am not an expert in this area, but you need to be able to take care of yourself during this time in order to handle all the changes coming your way. There is nothing wrong with this at all. You can handle it. You can do it! Be sure to follow a balanced and healthy diet to fuel your mind and your body. Get enough sleep for your body to relax and recharge. Stay as active you are able to. Ask your doctor for advice in this area to make appropriate changes for you.
Friends,
Above all, I want to reassure you that you and I will both get through this time. You can do it! I am here to help in any way that I can. Let me know what resources you would like to help you in these trying times! Please pass on this Advice for the Bride blog to your friends who may have use for some of this advice.
Sending you love and prayers for the health of you and your loved ones!
XO,
Nilo
